Boot camp has truly been a great experience. Before boot camp, I had a very bad relationship with the outdoors -- we just didn't get along. Now I find myself looking forward to going to the trail around Town
Lake and I actually enjoy the outdoors. Also, the amount of compliments I get from people who haven't seen me in awhile is fabulous and very rewarding (especially buying size 2 jeans for the first time since like junior high). It's a great feeling and all thanks to you two and your program!

I wanted to thank you for making my daughter's and my experience of "Boot Camp" a memorable one! My goal was to do this Boot Camp with my daughter, Amy since she was wanting to strengthen herself for cheerleading and her upcoming Cheer Camp and to just get more physically fit. I feel that I benefited from this more than I anticipated and that was welcomed wholeheartedly! I just stuck to my gun and tried my hardest. I lost 7 1/2 pounds, with 5 pounds being body fat and 9 inches total over my entire body...wow, it sounds so good writing it down. The thought of bikini boot camp scared me at first. As a hypoglycemic and moderate exerciser, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to do the strict regimen of bikini boot camp. I never dreamed I would be inspired by exercise. The warmth and support of the instructors and team aspect motivate you to challenge yourself daily and the creative, varied workouts from jogging, pilates, push ups, obstacle courses, relay races, hills, and sand relays keep you constantly looking forward to what is next! Bikini Boot Camp has helped me drop pounds and tone my body, but more importantly, it's given me energy and a positive outlook.
