original Bikini Boot Camp of Austin) is a CO-ED group outdoor fitness
program dedicated to help YOU Get Fit for Life! Founded in 2004, we

athletes to self professed couch potatoes! All boot campers will be
encouraged and motivated to reach their OWN personal best despite the

Go Fit Austin's "Boot Camp" is a 3-week program that meets 4 times per week- Monday thru Thursday. Each
meeting is for 1 hour and will feature every fitness component from
cardio endurance, muscular strengthening and toning, agility skills,
balance and flexibility. We currently have classes at Town Lake,
Lakeway and Circle C. Our boot camp sessions continue monthly
throughout the year in all weather conditions. We
usually
schedule weeks keeping upcoming holidays in mind. With your
registration, you will receive a GO Fit shirt, Official Handbook
including a weekly food journal and access to on line counseling with
our registered and licensed dietitian at no additional charge. The prices for new
recruits is $195 per session ($16.25 per day); for veterans $175. GO Fit also discounts for groups of 4 or more.
GO Fit Boot Camp is about making the outdoors our ‘fitness
playground’. Instead of using gym equipment, we choose to educate
people on how to utilize the natural environment for full body
workouts. Every day GO Fit runs to a different area to keep each class
fresh and exhilarating! Examples of a typical day at boot camp include
relay races, obstacle courses, hill sprints, Pilates, sand drills, team
competitions, track work, yoga, kayaking and lots and lots of abs.
